Well, so far two Precious Miseries/StiTcheS newsletter have been sent out giving all sorts of juicy information on the PM dolls, Precious Miseries and StiTcheS books as well as the launch of the new StiTcheS website!

Precious Miseries is featured in Haute Doll magazine's September/October issue which is already out in Borders..or Barnes and Noble. (I really can't remember which store has what magazines.)

Precious Miseries is not dead!
Some of my more die hard fans may be wondering why there have been no significant updates recently, like new members to the manor or cool features to the website. I assure you that I am working very hard on an extremely large, money gobbling, time consuming project. While I can't let out any details pertaining to that project until I know for certain that things are in the green, I am working hard to make it happen. I would appreciate your full support if and when it does finally happen.

I am also working on setting up a store and PM newsletter for the site, so that people can get emails whenever something big happens. (Like a new member appears, or a new fantabulous item is added to the store.) Let's just say that while I love making websites, making online stores are a little difficult for me to learn with my limited time. It's a work in progress. ^^;;; Heh, even the newsletter is, well...a work in progress.

For my own delight I am designing t-shirts that, if I had the money, I would make available to you all. I don't know how many shirt designs I will make, but I would like everyone's opinions. Would you even wear this? If not, what would you change?



I thought of writing some sort of catch phrase, like the Hot Topic's Lilith shirt, "Don't pull my strings." However, I don't know that it is necessary.

I hope to design a Flower Girl and a Visual Kei shirt next. What character would you wear as a shirt? (I am not designing a Lilith or Goth shirt, since there have been shirts of these girls on the market already.)

EDIT: Now that I have made those...I'll try a Ragdoll and Saccharine....and possibly....hmmmm Alise.

On other news, I have only one more poem to write for the PM book, which seems a more realistic goal than getting shirts made.

It is definite! Haute Dolls will be doing a 4 page article on Precious Miseries, which includes the 2 page Lil Gothica paper doll!

I was told that it should be out in the next issue, so we'll see. I'm not sure if the July issue is already in printing or if the article will be in the July issue. (which is the next one) If it is not in the July issue, it will be included in the August issue. ^^

Have fun! I'm excited to see what comes of this!

EDIT: According to another source, the article may be out in the Sept/Oct issue!

Things have been VERY hectic with everything on my end, but I wanted to announce that Haute Dolls magazine will be doing an article about Precious Miseries and may even include the lil Gothica paper doll I designed. Lol, I don't know how functional it will be because I didn't have any time to cut it out myself. They have not told me which volume the PM article will be in, but when I know, I will update this post. Please support the Haute Dolls issue when it come out!
